新生报名条例与细则 

1. 吉隆坡中华独立中学2025/2026学年新生网上报名网页注册之所有内容等均属吉隆坡中华独立中学所有，报名者在使用本校网上进行报名注册，均视为报名者同意所有内载之内容条例。

2. 报名者须保证所提交的所有报名的信息和证明资料均属完整、准确及有效。

3. 经校方审核成绩后，符合保送条件的学生将直接录取为2025/2026学年的新生。

4．保送生或报考生，皆须参加本校于2024年10月05日（星期六）举办的新生考试。

５. 报名者须于新生考试进行前缴清全额报名费，成功上传所有证件之后，并下载准考证，以作为考试的凭证。

６.  报名一经确定后不得取消，所有已缴付之费用一概不予退还，名额亦不得转让他人使用。

７.  成功录取者在2025/2026学年开学后连续缺席三天，将当作自动放弃学籍，已缴交之全额费用不可要求退还。

８. 本校保留随时修改本条例及细则之权利而无需另行通知。 如有任何争议，将以本校之最终决定为准。

New Student Enrolment Terms and Conditions

1. All contents on the Chong Hwa Independent High School Kuala Lumpur 2025/2026 New Enrolment webpage belong to the school. By using this webpage to register, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions stated.

2. Applicants need to ensure that all details and supporting information submitted are complete, accurate and valid.

3. After the school evaluates the results, applicants who meet the conditions for guaranteed admission will be enrolled as new students for 2025/2026.

4. Guaranteed admissions and applicants by way of examination must sit for the entrance examination on 05 October 2024 (Saturday).

5. Before the entrance examination, applicants must pay the registration fee in full, upload all relevant documents and download the examination admission card as proof of registration when sitting for the entrance examination.

6. Confirmed registrations cannot be cancelled, and all payments made are not refundable, the registered enrolment cannot be transferred to others.

7. If an enrollee is absent for three days continuously after the start of the 2025/2026 school year, this will be regarded as an automatic renunciation of the enrollee’s status as a student of this school. All payments made are not refundable.

8. Our school reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the school’s decision is final.
